Product was good but service is very poor I recently purchased a cap, and while the cap itself is of good quality and exactly what I was looking for, I must say that I was rather disappointed with their delivery service.The cap I received is well-crafted, comfortable to wear, and meets my expectations in terms of style and functionality. However, the same cannot be said for the delivery experience. It took an exceptionally long time for my order to arrive, which was frustrating, to say the least. The delays in delivery were, in my opinion, excessive and far from what I would consider acceptable in today's e-commerce landscape.
