Incorred size Very Disappointed I have been a long time avid customer of Urban Monkey, I have ordered this cap multiple times and never had any complaints, its an amazing cap. However, i decided to order it again but saw they changed their sizing structure, so I decided to order the M/L Original Size thinking it will be the same size as the ones I had gotten earlier, however I felt cheated when the cap that came was smaller and did not fit my head perfectly. I have lobg hair and the size Urban Monkey caps had used to fit me perfectly, however i dont know what changed or if I was just scammed but I am never ordering again since I basically wasted my money on this product and it wont even give me an option to get a correct one or return.

i have returned the suede cap for exchange for a smaller size , but there is no update regarding anything further since the last one week.
