I do heavy deadlifts and the front part hasn't shown any signs of friction damage. this tshirt is really built to last.

Pulled the fabric hard in multiple directions and it returned to exact shape. No elongation, no widening at the seams. The stretch recovery is genuinely strong.

The way the sleeves are stitched makes shoulder presses so much easier. No tightness around the armpits.
