Changed my mind about the colour after placing the order. Support accommodated a swap before it shipped. That kind of flexibility before dispatch is really appreciated.

Return pickup was arranged the very next day when I wanted a different color. Great hassle free brand.

Extremely lightweight feel. It is almost like wearing nothing, perfect for high intensity sweating.

Been wearing it for evening cycling, the reflective stuff on the shirt actually helps vehicles spot me.

Collar hasn't stretched or gone wavy.

A promotional discount wasn't applying correctly. Raised it and support confirmed the right price and placed the order on my behalf. Resolved in one chat without escalation.
