Review of colour and packaging
So, I had ordered this in B2G2 offer and it arrived today with other products. The packaging was nice, the charm was... eh. But frankly, I don't care cuz I ordered this for its colour, not really the charm. Then, As soon as I opened and uncapped it, the balm started flowing out like a dang chocolate lava cake filling. It spilled onto my fingers. My first thought was "Oh wow, this actually looks nice. Looks like melted chocolate too", then I remembered it's making a mess. I rushed to the bathroom while my mom was scolding me for my tiramisu dipped fingers. I washed it off on the sink and some of it got stuck on the sink (it's white). I had to brush that off. I'm not sure if it's cuz of the packaging itself or the other products in the box compressing it, but that definitely had something to do with pressure. Again, it's not like the entire lip balm is wasted, there is a lot more in the tube. Its colour is rich, its stain is hard to remove (which is probably good) and has a fine moisture. But oh my, this whole thing nearly made me go Berserk. 4 out of 5, just because of this choco lava incident. Also, yes, it does smell like coffee

actually i got this at buy two get two offer i have no idea how good it is while buying it but seriously it got surprised me its really moisturising as it stays for long time and give a good tint after applying even after the moisturising of balm goes its stain stays good one but as everyone is saying quantity is not much as it is the only negative for this balm but its actually really good and have a strong coffe smell i like it very much

I ordered the KAAPI TIRAMISU Lip Balm, but I’m not satisfied with the amount of product—it was almost empty inside. 🙃 I contacted customer care and even sent them an email. I also provided a video recording as proof, but they still didn’t agree with me. In the end, they said they wouldn’t replace it or offer any resolution. Because of this, I won’t be purchasing it again for ₹399.
