I am disappointed with the quantity; mostly air comes out of the lip balm, and you have to apply a lot of pressure to get any product out. It is hydrating and smells heavenly, but I am disappointed with the amount.

The lipbalm is leaking The lip balm was leaking even inside the package and the shade was not giving. I was looking forward to using it, but haven't been able to use it because 1. It leaks everytime I try to squeeze it, 2. The shade is not really brown girl friendly

It is so bad It doesn't feel like a lip balm and the shade is very coral ..it's not hydrating also ...it's leaking also .. waste of money💯

Not good The consistency was weird and packaging was faulty, charm was useless very cheap quality
