"HANDS DOWN THE BEST TONER EVER! " Do you have acne? Trust me when I say this, Buy this toner and your skin will thank you! I've been struggling with comedonal acne, dark spots, and whatnot, for the longest time now! It was all congestion, and I used the best scrubs & exfoliators available!
