Love the Products, Disappointed With Customer Rewards All Products are no doubt the best ones but I’ve been using your products for a long time and really love them. But earlier, Dot and key used to send a lot of gifts with orders, and now it feels like the focus is only on PR packages for influencers and content creators. Loyal customers like us, who have been purchasing consistently, don’t get anything in return. I think this is something worth fixing, because regular buyers also deserve to feel valued.
