Smell gives me headache Fragrance doesn't suit me, gives me headache. Requested a return. Initiated return request on the website, called, mailed - no avail! Product still lying with the packaging it came in. Customer service executives have no clue what they are talking about, need better knowledge. Was promised credit of charm points full amount. Didn't even receive 5% of what I paid. My entire problem is with the EXCESSIVE marketing everywhere.
