The face was... The face wash comes in a tube packaging and a flip top with a paste like consistency The fragrance may be a little too strong for some people who are not particularly fond of sandalwood. There are small granule like particle which aid the clean up process and helps in exfoliating.Used it for two months and I cannot complain. It instantly brightens up your face with all the natural ingredients. Did not experience any breakout because of the product. Leaves the skin feeling soft and supple and does not suck out the moisture off the skin. If you planning on using it for tan removal, it will not 'remove' it completely but definitely helps in instant brightening of the face. Overall, do not expect a very drastic change after one use. It might be a gradual process here. I am happy with the product and would love to try out other skin products from mamaearth ☺
