Beautiful Product, Excellent Customer Service I initially ordered "The Godfather" eyewear from Urban Monkey a few months ago. While I liked the design, I faced some issues and left a 4-star review. The very next day, they reached out to me, asked for an image of the product, and assured me they would look into it. A few days later, they called back and offered a free replacement. Today, I received the brand-new replacement, completely free of cost. I'm really impressed with their customer service and dedication to ensuring their customers are satisfied. Gold Issue The Gold design on the front of the specs wears out easily from a dent.
