Worst Customer Service I ordered a plum retion during birthday sale, i got ig on offer with b2g2. I received the product in broken condition, i connected with customer support team and they provide a coupon of 220rs and the actual cost of actual product is 550rs. How would that justify and i see now lot of plum products are not good as before since they are just focusing on marketing and merging with shitty comapnies. I am planning to go for some other company which is trustworthy and have good customer support.

Really v wrost experience.. I received damage product.. plum not intitae my refund.. fraud website.. customer care not supportive.. not receive the call
