Order arrived and the quantity in the pack was correct. Sounds basic but I've had short-counts with other brands before.

The chat assistant on Whatsapp helped me raise my return request in under two minutes without waiting.

Texture of the cotton is amazing, gives a premium feel.

No itching or discomfort near the elastic area, very soft fabric.

Outstanding product quality, the waistband doesn't roll or pinch at all.

The app remembered my address and previous size from last order. took me less than a minute to order. Very practical
