bought it purely for the stretch but the grid patterns actually work. it feels breezy and doesn't suffocate like my other shirts do.

it's an alright purchase for the price. feels light and cool on body, but nothing mindblowing

stretches in all four directions so it never feels tight when bending down or doing complex yoga poses.

body stayed dry throughout workout

i usually wear thicker clothes for lifting heavy weights. this one is perfect for my high intensity cardio days though, quite light and smooth on skin

this sports tee made me switch from my old sports brand to XYXX. the sweat absorbption & breathability is much better.
