Very quick response from support when I had a sizing question. Clear answer that helped me pick correctly without needing to exchange.

Very satisfied. Product quality is reliable and the daily use experience is good.

At this price and this quality the repeat purchase makes complete financial sense.

The exchange was handled very professionally. The team communicated clearly at every step. Good customer service experience from XYXX.

Excellent build for a vest in this price bracket. Has outlasted cheaper alternatives I've tried.

Despite being lightweight, the fabric doesn't feel fragile. It has a reassuring quality to it.
