Return and exchange process is straightforward. No hidden steps or complications. Appreciated the transparency throughout the process.

Clean look every single day.

The fabric surface doesn't trap lint or ball up. Stays looking clean in use.

Very responsive support. Had a question on the day of delivery and got a response very quickly. Good after-purchase service.
