The quality of bag is very superior but functioning of zip is very inferiior
Urban Monkey laptop is very superior in terms of looks and quality but what makes them at back foot is functioning of zips. I replaced the bag but faced same issue again. I also consulted local who repairs bags and zips they said the zip will be replaced but i dont to go replace it because of zips it is looking fab.

Laptop Bag // 001
The zip of the laptop bag failed 😞 in just 3 days of buying it. Didn’t expect this quality or issue with UM. Disappointed
