I am writing to you regarding an issue with your Kesar and Kojic Acid Sunscreen. I recently purchased the 30g size and absolutely loved it. It made my skin look fresh. Because of this positive experience, I decided to purchase the 50g size during a B1G1 sale. However, I found the formula of the 50g sunscreen to be significantly different. Unlike the 30g version, the 50g one made my skin look dull, rolled up when I rubbed my face, and felt very sticky. Upon checking the packaging, I noticed differences in the product descriptions. The 30g packaging mentioned "super light fade pigmentation, high UVA or B blue light protection" and specified "30 g Kesar extract and 1% Kojic acid complex." In contrast, the 50g packaging stated "provide healthy glow protection from UVAUVB blue light and IRS" and only mentioned "Kojic" without the specific percentage. Assuming there might have been a formula change and preferring the 30g version, I subsequently purchased multiple 30g sunscreens (around 4-5 boxes) from your website during another B1G1 sale, hoping to get the original formula. However, the 30g products I received in this latest order also seem to have the same formula as the 50g one, exhibiting the same issues of rolling up and stickiness. Could you please clarify if there has been a change in the formula for the Kesar and Kojic Acid Sunscreen?
