half tube empty it taste not that good as the other lipbalm though it's moisturing

received this lip gloss yesterday and I’m honestly so disappointed. Why is the tube only half filled? I understand there can be some air in packaging, but this is nowhere near full and feels like I’ve been shorted on product. The gloss itself is nice, but receiving it like this is unacceptable, especially for a brand-new purchase. I paid for a full product, not a half-empty tube. Please improve your quality control because this is not okay.
