Plum e luminence moisturizer Could be more hydrating for very dry skin

E luminace cream It's has degraded it's quality to great extent . Waste of money. Skin also got damged . Wish you ppl can give something else in place of it, as money is very hard earned and I can't afford to waste it in such a way.
