Good

Great support I had ordered pants basis the size guide, however, I was facing issue with the fitting on arrival of pants. On raising alteration request, they evaluated and noted that the changes which I was insisting were not possible on the pants, so they offered to redo the pants entirely without extra cost. This is a great gesture and puts lot of faith amongst consumers. I do have one small request though, please look at a model, where you have brick and mortar shops (atleast 1) in big cities, so they we can give appropriate measurements and then do stitching and dispatching from cloud facility. The reason being the new pants that I received, facing some waist related issues, having brick and mortar shop would help closing such issues faster.
