This sits somewhere in the middle for me. The price would be the deciding factor for me.

Product missing in box I ordered sunscreen and cleanser. But i got only cleanser while i have fully paid. Since 3 days m trying to connect customer care but it seems impossible to talk to customer care agents of dr. Sheth. After 3 days, one agent named pritika came on chat and did 2 msg and without answering my questions and query she exit .. so if there is something wrong with your delivery or product is missing ..there is noone to talk ..there is no solution

Overall, this falls well short of what I was hoping for. The presentation feels unfinished.
