Old Formula Worked Great, But the New Formula Caused Breakouts The older Dr. Sheth’s Centella & Niacinamide Serum worked wonderfully for my skin. It helped fade my acne marks and pigmentation and was very effective for me. However, after trying the newly launched version, I noticed that it causes a lot of pimples and breakouts on my face. I stopped using it and my skin started improving, but whenever I use it again, the pimples come back. I really preferred the older formula and hope the brand can look into the changes in the new formulation.
