Request for Exchange - Order ID 1992936 (Defective Jeans) Dear Offduty Customer Support Team, I recently placed an order on your website with Order ID 1992936 for a pair of jeans. Unfortunately, upon receiving the product, I noticed that the length of the jeans is uneven — the right side is longer compared to the left side. This issue makes the jeans unwearable. I have attached a photo for your reference so you can clearly see the defect. I kindly request an exchange for the same product in the correct fitting. This is the first time I have used your service, and I must admit I am disappointed with this experience. I hope you will resolve this issue promptly and ensure a satisfactory resolution. Thank you for your assistance.
