An online lo... An online looting site take our money and don't send the products we purchased. I advise everyone not do a pre payment on mama earth website while purchasing. I had a really bad experience from mama earth today12- Mar- 2021. I ordered 9 products including baby lotions, anti hair fall kit, vitamin c face wash etc. on march 4th and the mode of payment is prepaid. Yesterday the courier company delivered a box when I checked inside there is only one product the 'Essential anti hair fall kit' remaining 8 items are missing in the package. I talked to the customer service executives they accepted the products are missing and told me they will do the reshipment of the missing products, and I received an email for the same. But today they send me an email stating that they delivered all products to me. Then I again contacted the customer service they told me that they had delivered all items and I am lying. A Very bad experience from the customer service team.
