I've put on exchange request, it has not been delivered yet.

I got an old product, it's elastic is very loose like one year old. I replaced and got the same loose elastic product. Now you refused to exchange by saying only one time exchange is possible. You guys are cheaters.

These long johns are perfect for extreme cold. They are really lightweight and warm enough to survive in harsh weather. Would highly recommend the product.
