I bought L size and my waist is 32 inches, height about 5ft 6' . A person with 5'7 will find it just perfect fitting. For me it was a bit lengthier. No else complaints

Material of these Ace joggers is super light, stretchable and comfortable even during workout. One can easily do squats wearing this. I am personally wearing it to the gym and super satisfied with the product.
