Pathetic size exchange experience I still Have not got the replace done

Very low quality It’s been 1 month after buying the jacket and threads started to coming out. Very bad quality.

The zip quality was poor Unfortunately, I experienced a significant issue with the zipper quality. The zipper was poorly constructed and did not function as expected. This defect has impacted my overall satisfaction with the jacket. I hope this feedback is helpful for future product development
