Absolutely pathetic customer service. The fact that the exchange window is limited to just 1–2 days is ridiculous and completely unreasonable. Not everyone can try on an item and initiate an exchange within such a ridiculously short timeframe. What’s the point of offering an exchange policy if it’s designed to make the process practically impossible for customers? The item doesn’t fit, and instead of offering a reasonable solution, the policy leaves customers stuck with something they cannot even use. This is incredibly disappointing and shows a complete lack of consideration for customer satisfaction. A brand that makes exchanging an ill-fitting item this difficult clearly doesn’t value its customers once the payment has been made. I absolutely would not recommend shopping here if this is how they choose to treat their customers.
