It's Ok Ok Not Upto The Mark Gets Loose Too Much

The quality of shoes is really good and comfortable except for this issue. I had selected size 9 though my regular size is 7. This is because the width of my feet is slightly wider than normal. Despite choosing two size bigger, the width at the front portion is narrower even for a person having size 9 feet. In your description it is advisible to mention the front width of shoes like narrow width, normal width and wider etc. Though i am satisfied with the quality, i would avoid online purchasing to physically check the fitting before buying. Can I expect a response to my this comment from a responsible executive of your company? or like any other e commerce company, all the comments, suggestions are are viewed by a junior most data entry clerk and who simply closes without understanding the issue and even without acknowledging the receipt of a complaint. Is yours a responsible and answerable company?
