I expected a lot more for the price. I would need to see substantial improvements. Not a good match for my preferences.

A reasonable option if the style suits you. It seems reasonable, depending on personal preferences. An okay choice, depending on the price.

I expected a lot more for the price. The look and the price do not come together well for me. It would be a pass for me.

Overall, this falls well short of what I was hoping for. The small details make the overall impression worse. It would be a pass for me.

I struggle to find much to like here. Even allowing for personal taste, I would expect more. I cannot rate the overall impression highly.
