I am disappointed with the fit and design of the shoes I recently purchased from Liberty Shoes I am disappointed with the fit and design of the shoes I recently purchased from Liberty Shoes. The upper portion at the ankle, particularly the straps provided for pulling the shoes on, is excessively large and protrudes inward. As a result, the straps/upper portion press against and rub my ankle while wearing the shoes, causing considerable discomfort and pain. This is not merely a matter of adjustment—the design/size of this portion makes the shoes uncomfortable to wear for any length of time. I request Liberty Shoes to kindly look into this issue and provide a suitable solution. I have generally considered Liberty to be a reliable footwear brand, and I hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve the design/fit of this portion of the shoe.
