Missing shoulder belt
I bought the same bag. Good quality, very elegant looking, very spacious. Only problem is that the shoulder belt is missing from my order. May be zouk can be a bit more professional while packing an order.

Superb!
I bought this laptop bag for my husband. I was a little doubtful if it will suit him or not. But trust me it looks equally good on men as on women.. The quality is amazing, looks very elegant and professional. Thank you Zouk for making such wonderful products. 😊
