Warranty Claim Procces are Fast and Free. I dropped the charger for warranty claim. The product was taken home the same day the claim was processed. Other materials (bill, box, cable, warranty card) did not come with the product. On the third day of the process I received the replacement product. I am thankful to the boat company for the easy, fast and free service of the Boat.
