I have used these eye patches 3-4 times now. It sure removes the puffiness and eyes feel refreshed and cool. I dont know about the under eye bags yet. Maybe that takes longer. I am also using their pre shampoo hair cream latte which is super easy to use and great for hair texture. I am onto second bottle now.
