Complaint Regarding Faulty Packaging – By the Blues Brightening Perfume Body Lotion Dear mCaffeine Team, I would like to raise a complaint regarding By the Blues Brightening Perfume Body Lotion - 300ml. While I genuinely like the product quality, fragrance, and moisturizer itself, I am extremely disappointed with the packaging and pump mechanism. Earlier, I faced an issue where the pump stopped working after some usage, leaving a significant amount of product unusable. Thinking it may have been a one-time issue, I purchased a new bottle. However, the new bottle’s pump is not functioning properly from the very beginning. This is highly frustrating because despite the product being good, the faulty packaging completely ruins the user experience and makes it difficult to use the moisturizer properly. I request you to look into this issue seriously and provide a resolution or replacement, as this seems to be a recurring packaging defect.
