Very bad experience. Even I don't want to give any star Plum company is not fulfilling its promises. Customers are being misled with offers of freebies during orders, but these promised freebies are often not provided. Instead, the company issues coupons, and later gives excuses while suggesting alternatives in the form of “advice” instead of actual products. This approach feels deceptive and highly disappointing. Such practices create a very negative customer experience and reflect a pathetic approach towards customer satisfaction
