Good Sound, Poor Call Quality – Not for Travel Calls The boAt Airdopes 800 is a decent product overall, mainly suited for music and entertainment use. Sound Quality: The sound quality is good, with strong bass and a pleasant listening experience. There is also a slight Dolby Atmos–like effect, which makes movie watching and music enjoyable. Battery & Charging: The earbuds themselves charge reasonably well, but the charging case battery drains very quickly. After using the earbuds 2–3 times, the case battery level drops fast, which is a disappointing point. Call Quality (Major Drawback): Call performance is poor, especially while traveling. During bike rides with a helmet, the other person cannot hear clearly. Voice clarity is not good for the person on the other side. This makes the earbuds unsuitable for calls during travel. Usage Recommendation: These earbuds are best used for: Home usage Bus or casual travel Music, videos, and entertainment They are not recommended for calling purposes, especially while riding or in noisy environments. Final Verdict: ✅ Good sound & bass ✅ Decent for music and movies ❌ Charging case battery drains fast ❌ Very poor call quality during travel 👉 If your priority is music and media consumption, this is a good option. If calling during travel is important, avoid buying this model.
