Disappointed with the service team I have ordered the astro and it’s not been a year and some issues in inner part and I tried contacting and till now they didn’t help with service. First response was to give to any local shop to repair and I replied is this what they keep the branding n all….I got a reply that the team will contact in 10 days and it’s been a month. Too disappointing the team . Urban monkey please provide good customer service as the way you brings good trendy fashion products 🥲
